When applied with a shaving brush the shaving soap, will give a rich, lubricating lather that softens and moisturises the skin and will 'lift' the hairs making them easier to cut. The lubrication provided by the shaving soap allows the razor to glide over the skin giving a smooth, nick free and comfortable shave.
