Services used are First class, Second class, Special delivery, and Airmail (international signed for service) UK Delivery Standard postage and packing in the UK is £3.50 irrespective of order value. Orders over £100.00 in the UK will be sent Special Delivery at no extra cost to standard postage and packing charge (£3.50). EU Delivery Postage and packing to EU countries is £7.50, irrespective of order value Delivery Outside the EU Postage and packing Internationally is £15.00, irrespective of order value. All packages will require a signature on delivery so please ensure a delivery address is given so the package can be signed for through working hours. Cancellation/Cooling Off Period 7-DAY, 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - As per The Distance Selling Regulations, The Charles Nicholls Shaving Company offers a cancellation period of 7 working days, beginning the day after you receive the goods, during which you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full reimbursement of all money paid. In order to do this, you must provide notice of cancellation in writing and it must be posted or emailed to our stated business address within the cancellation period. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. Exchange/Returns 30-DAY, 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not completely satisfied with the item you have bought after the cancellation period has expired - simply return it in new condition within 30 days and we will exchange it, or you can choose something else, or give you a full refund excluding delivery costs, no questions.
